Services, LLC. My business was formed due to demand
for quality abstract and notary closing & signing services
in Central Louisiana and our services have expanded to cover
the entire State of Louisiana. I have been a Freelance
Paralegal since 1990, and a Mobile Notary, Signing Agent and
Abstractor since 2002, proudly serving Central Louisiana.

Louisiana Residential Real Estate Settlement Services, and in
addition, offers a wide range of Civil Law Notarial Services,
such as Powers of Attorney, Wills, Living Wills, Funeral
Declarations, Incorporations, LLC’s, Trademarks / Trade names,
and so much more. My Notaries will travel to the Office
of Motor Vehicles, your office, restaurant, job, or other
convenient locations to notarize your legal documents. We are
Mobile Notary Publics and Signing Agents by appointment only
and a travel charge is assessed for this service.
We are Louisiana Mortgage Loan Closing Specialists and have
authenticated all types of Residential Loan packages, including
Purchase, Refinance, Second, Combo, HELOC, Home Improvement,
Reverse, VA and FHA loans. Our goal is accurate, error
free notarial transactions during the execution of your loan
closing documents. As Louisiana Notary Signing Agents, it
is important for us to be familiar with the different types of
language and documents that are encountered during a loan
closing. We believe the more knowledgeable we are as
Notary Signing Agents, the more valuable we are to you and your
